The serial number field requires an InstallFromTheWeb 2.0, 2.1 or 2.2 serial number.

Current owners of InstallFromTheWeb 1.x are entitled to the last update to version one of InstallFromTheWeb, please email sales@installshield.com or call 1-800-374-4353.

Upon verification of the information provided below, you will be notified via email of the password necessary to unlock your copy of the maintenance release. The serial number field is case-sensitive.
